My focus is working with the breath to create a magical space to allow you to open, let go and breathe. The chakras play and important role in my teachings to unblock negative energy to release any tensions, stresses & trauma this is applied through correct asana, pranayama, mantra chanting and meditation.
My classes are suitable for all from beginner to yogis already on their spiritual path.
