These private bespoke sessions allow you to ease in to yoga guided 1-2-1 in a safer manner with proper alignment and a clear focus on your goals and needs. Nicky can come to your home or holiday home to lead individual and group classes for you and your house guests. This is also a great way to stay fit and healthy and to enhance your holiday experience.

My focus is on working with your breathing to create a magical space that allows you to open, let go and breathe. The chakras play and important role in my teachings to unblock negative energy to release any tensions, stresses and trauma this is applied through correct asana, pranayama, mantra chanting and meditation.
